アカウント削除のご案内 / Account Deletion

対象となるアカウント

本アプリはアカウント登録なしで全機能を利用できます。Google または Apple でサインインした場合のみ、プレミアム特典を複数端末で引き継ぐためにサーバー（Supabase）上にアカウントが作成されます。本ページは、そのアカウントの削除方法をご案内するものです。

方法1: アプリ内で削除する（推奨・即時）

アプリを開き、マイページ → 設定 → アカウント を開きます
「アカウントを削除」をタップします
確認ダイアログで削除を承認すると、サーバー上のアカウントが即時に削除されます

方法2: メールで削除を依頼する

アプリを利用できない場合（端末紛失・アンインストール済み等）は、サインインに使用した Google / Apple のメールアドレスから、以下の宛先にご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、30日以内に削除します。

本文: サインインに使用したメールアドレス（Apple「メールを非公開」利用時は転送用アドレス）

削除されるデータ・保持されるデータ

アカウント情報（メールアドレス・ユーザーID・サインイン識別子）	完全に削除
AI機能の利用回数記録	完全に削除
サブスクリプション購入記録	ユーザーIDとの紐付けを解除し匿名化して保持（返金・不正防止・会計上の法令義務のため）
端末内のローカルデータ（食事・体重・断食記録等）	削除されません（サーバーには保存されていません）。端末側で消去する場合はアプリをアンインストールしてください

ご注意: アカウント削除ではサブスクリプションは解約されません。解約は Google Play / App Store の定期購入管理から行ってください。削除後、同じ Google / Apple アカウントで再度サインインすると新しいアカウントが作成され、以前の特典の紐付けは復元されません。

Which accounts this applies to

FastaLife can be used in full without creating an account. Only when you sign in with Google or Apple is an account created on our server (Supabase), so that premium entitlements can be carried across devices. This page explains how to delete that account.

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended, immediate)

Open the app and go to My Page → Settings → Account
Tap "Delete account"
Confirm in the dialog. Your server-side account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer use the app (lost device, already uninstalled, etc.), email us from the Google / Apple address you used to sign in. After verifying your identity we will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Account information (email address, user ID, sign-in identifiers)	Permanently deleted
AI feature usage counters	Permanently deleted
Subscription purchase records	Unlinked from your user ID and kept in anonymized form (refunds, fraud prevention, and statutory accounting obligations)
Local data on your device (meals, weight, fasting logs, etc.)	Not affected (it is never stored on our server). To erase it, uninstall the app

Note: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it from Google Play / App Store subscription management. If you sign in again with the same Google / Apple account afterwards, a new account is created; previous entitlement links are not restored.
